Policies for Portraits:
• Limit 1 pet per portrait
• Turnaround: 4 Weeks from the date the digital photo and 50% downpayment are received.
• Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice to cancel. 50% Deposit will be reimbursed. After 2 weeks no refunds.
Photo Guidelines
All photographs must be digital and high quality
Blurry or dark photos will not be accepted. Send photos taken in daylight or a brightly lit room.
Ensure the whole face & neck is visible and not in shadows.
Avoid overly filtered photos.
Pet should be looking at the camera at eye level.
Your pet will be drawn to match the photo you submit.
Leashes, bows, hats, and other cute outfits will not be illustrated in the portrait unless the artist has agreed to include them.
