Portrait Guidelines
• Limit 1 pet per portrait
• Turnaround: 2-3 Weeks from the date the digital photo and 50% downpayment are received.
• Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice to cancel the order. 50% deposit will be refunded. After 2 weeks deposit is non-refundable.
• Payment options: PayPal only
• Payment Policy: 50% down payment. Balance due before shipping the artwork.
The Process:

Submit the order form for a portrait.

Send a digital photo: Email a high quality digital photo of your pet in the pose you want the artist to copy.

Receive an Estimate and Paypal code: Once the digital photo is approved an email is sent with an Estimate and Paypal code.

Make a 50% down payment: Use the Paypal code to pay 50% down (non-refundable) and the project will be offically booked. An email is sent to verify the order with the deadline date and an Invoice.

Portrait is ready to ship: an email is sent with a final Invoice and a photo of the finished product.

Make the final payment with Paypal and the portrait will be will shipped after payment is received.
Digital Photo Guidelines

All photographs must be digital and high quality (2MB to 6MB megabyte file size) so they can be sent by email.

Blurry or dark photos will not be accepted. Send photos taken in daylight or a brightly lit room.

Ensure the whole face & neck is visible and not in shadows.

Avoid overly filtered photos.

Pet should be looking directly at the camera at eye level.

Your pet will be drawn to match the photo you submit.

Leashes, bows, hats, and other cute outfits will not be illustrated in the portrait unless the artist has agreed to include them.
